Registration Requirements
What forms are needed for registration?
You will need to fill out our venue hire application form, which can be downloaded from our website.
Are there any fees involved?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking, and full payment must be made prior to the event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. Less notice may incur a fee.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Yes, changes can be made up to two weeks before the event, subject to availability.
What are the venue's operating hours?
The venue is available for hire from 8 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we offer ample parking spaces for guests at no additional cost.
Do you provide catering services?
We have a list of preferred caterers, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Are there any restrictions on decorations?
Decorations are allowed, but we ask that no permanent alterations are made to the venue.

Yes, our facilities are fully accessible, with ramps and accessible restrooms available.
